This page is a guide to help you use ZONE video courses with confidence. It summarizes how to use the test video, the steps for purchasing and watching, and important notes for viewing. Please use it both if you are new and as a reference after purchase.

購入方法 (How to Purchase)

1) Please add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your cart.

2) Please review the items in your cart and choose a payment method.
Make sure the quantity for each item is set to 1.
Select either “Pay with PayPal” or “Pay (Credit Card)”.

3) Please pay using PayPal or a credit card.

Enter your card details, billing address, and contact information, check the required box(es), then click “Agree and Pay.”

4) Once the payment is complete, you will see a confirmation screen, and a payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

5) You will receive an email with the URL for the download page.
Please access the download page using the URL in the email.

6) On the download page, click “Start Download” to begin downloading.
Note: Please do not enter anything in the download key field.

注意事項 (Notes)

・ご購入前に、必ず数量をご確認ください。同一動画を誤って複数購入された場合でも、返金はできかねます。
・決済完了後、5分以内にダウンロードページのURLを記載したメールをお送りします。届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダをご確認のうえ、「@gmail.com」からのメールを受信できるよう設定（ドメイン指定受信／解除）をお願いいたします。それでも届かない場合は、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
・動画形式はMP4です。必ず動作確認動画をダウンロードし、お使いの端末・環境で正常に視聴できるか事前にご確認ください。
・ご購入後に、お使いの端末・環境でMP4が再生できない場合でも、当方に起因する不具合を除き返金はできかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・動画の共有・公開・複製は著作権侵害となるため禁止しております。SNSでの切り抜き画像・動画の投稿や拡散も同様に禁止です。

If you still cannot find the email, please contact us via the inquiry form.

・Please note that we cannot issue a refund if MP4 files do not play on your device or in your environment after purchase, except in cases where the issue is caused by our service.
・Sharing, publishing, or copying the video is prohibited as it constitutes copyright infringement. Posting or spreading clipped images or videos on social media is also prohibited.
